Unfortunately, Dr. Dallas Carr passed away on June 28, 2019. He will be greatly missed by all, including the thousands of patients he's seen over the years. Many patients of his have expressed how they feel they've not only lost their optometrist but also a friend. He left the practice to his sister, Dr. Kim Carr-Yeates, so patients will continue to be well-cared for.
